Shipping within Canada

  • Shipping within Vancouver Island (1-4 business days) - $15.00
  • Shipping to the rest of British Columbia (1-4 business days) - $19.00
  • Shipping to the rest of Canada (1-4 business days) - $22.00
Note: If address is a PO box, shipping will take approximately 3-14 business days


Shipping Internationally

  • Shipping to United States (3-14 business days) - $30.00 (Shipping charges may vary depending on destination)
  • International Shipping (outside of Canada and the US) - $75.00 (Shipping charges may vary depending on destination)

Returns

Course Materials

Returns and exchanges for course materials will be accepted within 2 weeks of the start of the corresponding term. To be eligible for return, course materials must meet the following conditions:

  • Return is accompanied by the original receipt
  • Packaged items have original packaging intact
  • Item is in resalable condition
The following course materials are not eligible for return at any time:
  • Custom courseware
  • Activated digital material
  • Culinary and medical course supplies

Non-Course Materials

Returns and/or exchanges are accepted within 10 business days of purchase provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Return is accompanied by the original receipt
  • Packaged items have original packaging intact
  • Apparel has original tags attached
  • Item is in resalable condition
The following items are not eligible for return at any time:
  • Ear buds
  • Calculators
  • Eyewear and safety goggles
  • Clearance merchandise
