How can I get my books?

You can order digital course materials by purchasing access codes through our Campus eBookstore (CEI) portal.

You can order physical textbooks and other learning resources on this site and have them shipped to you for a fee, or you can pick up your texts at any campus free of charge.

Is the NIC Campus Store website the same login as my myNIC account?

No, the Campus Store website is a separate account from the myNIC portal. You will need to create an account on the Campus Store website to checkout.

I’m a student with financial aid or sponsorship funding, what is the process for purchasing course materials?

Students with financial aid or sponsorship funding can order online through the Campus Store website. During checkout, you will be prompted to choose your payment method. Choose 'SPONSORSHIP FINANCIAL AID' as your payment method, then enter your student ID number in the field provided.

After submitting your order, NIC Campus Store staff will review your order to ensure the items purchased are allowed under your sponsorship or financial aid agreement. Any items that are not allowed under your funding agreement will not be processed.

How do I reset my Campus Store website password?

Go to the login page and click the Forgot Password? link. You should receive a password reset email to the email address that you created an account with.

What is the web order pick up process?

We can ship your order to your home address for a fee, or you can pick up your order from a campus free of charge. Please bring photo ID so staff can verify your identity during pick up. See our shipping policy for more details.

How do I cancel my online order?

For online orders, contact onlineorders@nic.bc.ca. If your order has already shipped to your home address, you will need to return the order in sellable condition before we can submit a refund.

What if I need to return a textbook?

Most purchases can be returned within 14 days with the original receipt. Please refer to our returns policy for full details. If returning a shrink-wrapped text, the text must be in the original shrink wrap to receive a refund.

What if I need to return a textbook via mail?

No problem! If the return is due to NIC error, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Otherwise, you will need to ship the return back to us before we can process a refund.

How do I know if you received my online order?

You should receive an order confirmation email from onlineorders@nic.bc.ca. Please check your junk/spam folder if you didn’t receive the email. Reach out to us with any concerns.

How long will it take for my order to ship to me?

Purchasing digital course materials and access codes gives you access to your resources instantly. Most shipped orders will arrive within 1-4 business days. If the delivery address is outside of Canada or a PO box, delivery can take between 3-14 days. See our shipping policy for more details.

Can someone else pick up my order?

Yes. You will need to contact onlineorders@nic.bc.ca and let us know who will pick up your order. They will need to bring photo ID and your order number to collect your order.

Can I pay for an online order with my debit card?

No, online orders can only be paid for with credit cards.
